S. O-541 (E).—In Exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made, with effect from the 10th October, 1973, in. the notification of the Go- vernment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) (Stock Ex- change Division) No. S . O. 648(E), dated the 6th October, 1972 and published at pages 1767-1768 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 9th October, 1972, namely:—
In the said notification, in condition (2), for the words " one year ", the words " fifteen months" shall be substituted.
