SUBJKCT.—Licensing conditions for import under the West German D.M. 35 million credit for Capital Goods.
No. 164-rrC(PN)/73.—Attention is invited to late Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 78-ITC(PN)/70, dated the 30th May. 1970 regarding the subject mentioned above.
2. Para 6 of Appendix to the above mentioned Public Notice may be deemed 1o have been amended as follows: —
6. "Payments to the West German suppliers under the import licence have to be completed by the 31st October, 1974. Suitable stipulation should, therefore, be made in the contracts requesting completion of deliveries before 30th July, 1974."
