SUBJICT.—Licensing condition) for import under the West German D.M. 35 million No. 32-ETC(PN)/73.—Reference Public Notice No. 9-ETC(PN)/73, dated 28th March, 1973 and 21-ETC(PN)/73, dated the 20th June, 1973, on the above subject.

2. It has been decided that exports of cotton handloom made-ups, including readymade garments, to U.S.A. shall be licensed freely, against a quota, during the quarter October—December, 1973, on shipping bills accompanied by firm contracts and inspection certificates, etc. Exports will approach the licensing authorities concerned direct with the necessary documents.
