NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th October 1973

S.O. 543(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section' 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made, with effect from the 15th October, 1973, in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No. S.O. 68KE), dated the 12th October, 1972 and published at pages 1797-1798 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 14th October, 1972, namely: —

In the said notification, in condition (2), for the words "one year", the words "fifteen months" shall be substituted.
