S.O. 545(E)/lIDRA/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Go- vernment hereby makes the following amendment In the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 39(E)/15/IDRA/73, dated the 22nd January, 1973, as amended by the Ministry of Industrial Develop- ment Order No. S.O. 329(E)/IDRA/73, dated the 8th June, 1973, namely:—

In paragraph 2 of the said Order, for the words and figures "by the end of June, 1973", the words and figures "by the end of December, 1073" shall be substituted. [No. F.2/.3/72-CUC.] D. K.
