SUBJECT :—Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the period April 1973-March 1974.

(Amendment No. 45)

No. 171-ITC (PN)/73—Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book-Volume II) for the period April, 1973-March 1974 published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 46-ITC (PN)/73 dated the 2nd April, 1973.

2. The following amendments may be made at the appropriate places indicated below :—

(a) Rs. 173 per Kg. in the case of fabrics contain- ing not less than 80% Wool by wclghti and

(b) Rs. 102 per kg, in the case of fabrics containing a mixture of wool (not less than 20% but less than 80% by weight with any non- cellulosic synthetic fibre having not less than 20% by weight."

The ceiling prices may be amended from RB. 35 per kg, to Rs. 100 per Kg. for grey yarn and from Rs, 45 per Kg- to Rs. 105 per Kg. for dyed yarn."
