NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th October 1973
S.O. 546(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Capital issues (Control) Act, 1947 (29 of 1947), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri P. K. Nanda to be a member of the Advisory Committee on Capital Issues Control, upto and including the 22nd December 1974, vice Shri V. G. Rajadhyaksha resigned and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs ) No. 762(E) dated the 23rd December, 1972, namely;—
In the said notification, for serial No. 3, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
