NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th October 1973
S.O. 552(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely: —
1. (1) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instru- ments) Sixth Amendment Rules, 1973.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958,—
(i) for entry (27), the following entry shall be substituted, namely: —
"(27) in the case of orders and other instruments relating to the President's Secretariat, by the Secretary to the President, Military Secretary to the President, Joint Secretary to the President, Deputy Secretary to the President or Under Secretary President's Secretariat; or";
