New Delhi, the 19th October 1971S.O. 4029.—In partial modification of the Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade (Department of Industrial Development) Order No. S.O. 3002/ 15/IDRA/71, dated the 12th August, 1971. published in the Gazette of India, Extra- ordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-Section (ii), dated the 13th August, 1071, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri N. Majumdar, 9-Motilal Nehru Road, Calcutta, as chairman of body of persons appointed to enquire into the affairs of the industrial undertaking known as Shri Durga Cotton Spinning and Weaving Mills Ltd., P.O.
