ORDER
New Delhi, the 20th October 1971
S.O. 4032|18A|IDRA|71.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notified order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 4460/18A/IDRA/67, dated the 14th December, 1967, namely:—
In paragraph 2 of the said Order,—
(i) for item 1, the following item shall be substituted, namely:—
"1 S. V Sampath, Joint Secretary (Sugar), Ministry of Agriculture (De- partment of Food), New Delhi.";
(ii) in item 2 relating to Shri N. S. Jain, for the words "Additional Chief Director", the words "Chief Director" shall be substituted;
(iii) for item 3 relating to Shri Jitendra Prasad, the following item shall be substituted, namely:—
"3. Shri R P. Sinha, Secretary, Department of Cooperation and Sugarcane,
