New Delhi, the 26th October 1973
S.O. 664(E).—In pursuance of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 4 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order 1970, the Central Government hereby makes the follow- ing further amendments to the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals, Mines and Metals (Department of Mines and Metals) No. S.O. 1873, dated the 18th May, 1970, namely:—
In the Table annexed to the said Order, in Column (2),—
(a) against serial No. 16, for the letters, figures and word "Rs. 41.00 per kg.", the letters, figures and word "Rs. 48.18 per kg." shall be sub- stituted;
(b) against serial No, 17, for the letters, figures and word "Rs. 50.26 per kg.", the letters, figures and word "Rs. 56.0!) per kg." shall be sub- stituted.
