SUBJECT. Applications for import of Capital Goods and Heavy Electrical Plant

No. 177 - ITC ( PN ) /73.-Attention is invited to Form " E " which, has been pres- cribed for submission of applications for import of Capital Goods and Heavy Electrical Plant , as appearing in Appendix 3 at page 319 of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure , 1973-74.

2. In the "Preamble " to the said Form "E" , the following may be added as Item No. 6 after the existing item No. 5:

"8. Applicants are required to fill in the Annexure to facilitate speedy processing of the applications . "

3. The proforma of the "Annexure " referred to in paragraph 2 above appears as Annexure to this Public Notice .

4. Applicants are advised to ensure that applications for Import of Capital Goods and Heavy Electrical Plant are invariably made in Form "E" as appear- ingatat page 319319 of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure, 1973-74 as modified bymodified by this Public Notice . Applicants should also follow the procedure for submission of such applications as laid down in Chapter VI of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure 1973-74. Applica- tlons which are not made accordingly will be liable to be rejected.

विषयः-पूंजीगत माल के आयात के लिए आवेदन पत्र ।

संख्या: 177 श्राई ०टी ०सी ० ( पो ०एन ० ) /73.-श्रायात व्यापार नियंत्रण नियम तथा क्रियाविधि हैन्डबुक , 1973-74 के पृष्ठ 319 पर परिशिष्ट 3 में यथाप्रदर्शित , पूंजीगत माल और भारी विद्युतीय संयन्त्र के आयात के लिए आवेदनपत्नों के प्रस्तुतीकरण के लिए निर्धारित किए गए प्रपन ' ई ' की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है ।

2. कथित प्रपत्र " ई " के "आमुख " में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि संख्या 5 के बाद निम्नलिखित को मद संख्या 6 के रूप में जोड़ा जाए:-

" 6. आवेदनपत्तों पर शीघ्र कार्रवाई की जा सके इसको सुकर बनाने के लिए आर दकों को अनुबन्ध भरना आवश्यक है । "

3. उपर्युक्त पैरा 2 में उल्लिखित " अनुबन्ध " , का प्रपत्त्र इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के अनुबन्ध के रूप में प्रशित है ।

4. आवेदकों को यह सुनिश्चित करने का परामर्श दिया जाता है कि जिस मामले में आयात व्यापार नियंत्रण नियम तथा क्रियाविधि हैन्डबुक , 1973-74 के पृष्ठ 319 पर प्रदर्शित आवेदनपत्न के प्रपत्र में पूंजीगत माल और भारी विद्युतीय संयंत्र के आयात के लिए आवेदनपत्त्र अपारवर्तित रूप में दिए गए हों , वे इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के अनुसार अशोधित हों । जो आवेदनपत्र पूर्वोक्त प्रपत्न में नहीं दिए जाएंगे और श्रायात व्यापार नियंत्रण नियम तथा क्रियाविधि हैन्डबुक , 1973-74 के अध्याय 6 में यथा निर्धारित पूंजीगत माल , भारी विद्युतीय संयंत्र और मशीन-यन्त्रों के लिए आवेदन- पत्तों के प्रस्तुतीकरण की क्रियाविधि के अनुसार नहीं होंगे वे अस्वीकृत कर दिए जाएंगे ।

(यदि सम्वभ हो तो यह , श्रायात की जाने वाली मदों तथा उन से संबंधित लागत-बीमा- भाड़ा मूल्य को दशति हुए एक अनुबन्ध के रूप में भेजा जाए । बह देश जिससे आयात किया जाना है, भी विशिष्टकृत किया जाना चाहिए । ऐसे मामले में जहां विभिन्न स्रोतों से विदेशी मुद्रा की मांग की जाती है तो वे मवें जो सम्बद्ध देशों से मांगी जाती हैं उनका संकेत प्रत्येक वेश से श्रायात के लागत बीमा भाड़ा के साथ किया जाना चाहिए । संभरण के विकल्पी स्रोतों का भी संकेत किया जाना चाहिए ) ।

(ख) विदेशी मुद्रा विनिमय के स्रोतों जैसे कि आईएफसी/ आईसीआईसीधाई/ सहयोगी का भाग/ नकद आदि को दर्शाते हुए इस परियोजना के सम्बन्ध में अभी तक स्वी- कृत किए गए लाइसेंसों का
