New Delhi , the 27th October , 1973
S.Ο. 665 ( Ε ) ΙECA 3 73. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) the Central Government , hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Imports ( Control) Order , 1955 , namely :
This Order may be called the Imports ( Contol) Third Amendment , Order , 1973 .
2. In Schedule I to the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955-
(A) in Part I
for serial numbers 48 (b ) ( ii ) and 48 ( b) ( iv) and the entries relating thereto , the follow- ing serial numbers and enties shall be substituted , namely :--

एस ० प्रो ० 666 ( प्र) / आईई सीए / 3/73-आयात तथा निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) अधि- नियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 18 ) के खंड 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करतेहुए भारत सरकार एतद्वारा श्रायात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1955 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश का निर्माण करती है , अर्थात्:
यह श्रादेश , आयात ( नियंत्रण ) तृतीय संशोधन आदेश , 1973 कहा आय ।
2. प्रायात ( नियंत्रण ) आधेश , 1955 को अनुसूचो 1 में
(ए) भाग 1 में--
क्रम संख्याएं 48 ( बी ) ( 2 ) तथा 48 ( बी ) ( 4 ) और उस से सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित क्रमसंख्याएं तथा प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्: --
