IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 30th October 1973
SUBJECT . Import of Fruits , dried , salted or preserved n.o.s. excluding Dates [S. No. 21 ( a ) ( ii ) / IV ] from Afghanistan from 1st March , 1973 to 28th February , 1974 .
No. 179 - ITC ( PN ) /73.-Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 176 - ITC ( PN ) / 73 dated 27th October , 1973 , which contains the policy for import of Dry fruits from Afghanistan. For paragraph 11 ( b ) thereof , the following may be substituted namely .
11 ( b ) " Others "
to the extent of Rs . 25,000 / - ( Rupees twenty five thousand only ) subject to the production of a bank guarantee equivalent to fifty per cent of the value applied for in order to ensure counter - balancing exports . In addition , they are also required to furnish the following certificates:-
( 1 ) A certificate from a Chartered Accountant to the effect , that they had an internal turnover of Rs . 25.000 / - ( Rupees twenty - five thousand) during any one of the financial years i.e. 1967-68 , 1968-69 , 1969-70 . 1970-71 and 1971-72 in the goods , other than hides and skins , listed in Schedule A , B - I or B -II of Annexure II to this Public Notice .

विषय -1-3-73 से 28-2-74 तक अफगानिस्तान से फलों , सूख , नमकीन या संरक्षित जो अन्यत्त विशिष्टिकृत न हों किन्तु खजूरों [क्रम संख्या 21 ( ए) ( ii ) / ( 4 ) ] को छोड़कर का श्रायात ।
सं ० 179-प्रई ० टो ० सी० पी ० एन ०) / 73 वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या 176-श्राई० टी ० सी० (पी० एन० ) /73 दिनांक 27 अक्तूबर , 73 की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है जिसमें अफगानिस्तान से सूखे फलों के आयात के लिये नीति शामिल है । उसकी कंडिका 11 ( बी ) के लिये निम्नलिखित को प्रति स्थापित किया जाये , अर्थात्
11 (बी ) 'अन्य'
प्रति संतुलित निर्यातों का सुनिश्चय करने के लिये आवेदन किये गये मूल्य के पचास प्रति- शत के बराबर बैंक गारंटी प्रस्तुत करने पर 25,000 रुपये ( पच्चीस हजार रुपये माप्त ) तक । इसके अतिरिक्त, उन्हें निम्नलिखित प्रभाण पत्नत्र भी प्रस्तुत करने हैं:--
( 1 ) सनदी लेखापाल से इस सम्बन्ध में एक प्रमाण- पत्त्र कि इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के अनुबन्ध II की अनुसूची 'ए', बी-1 या श्री-2 की सूची में मद खाल और चमड़े से भिन्न माल का एक वित्तीय वर्ष अर्थात् 1967-68 , 1968-69 , 1969-1970 , 1970-71 तथा 1971-72 में से किसी एक वर्ष में उनका 25,000 रुपये ( पच्चीस हजार रुपये मात्र ) तक एक श्रान्तरिक आवर्त था ।

2. वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की सावजनिकः सूचना 176 - आई० टी० सी० ( पी० एन ० ) / 73 दिनांक 27 अक्तूबर , 73 को तदनुसार संशोधित किया गया समझा जाए ।
