8.O. 5009.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commis- sion of India hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its notification No. 434 / TN/ 71 , dated the 18th January , 1971 , namely:-
In the Table appended to the said notification , In column 3 for the existing entry "2. Special Deputy Collector ( Land Acquisition ) , Parambikulam- Aliyar Project , Pollachi " against item No. 19 - Pollachi , the entry " 2 . Special Deputy Collector , ( Localization ) , Pollachi " , shall be substitut- ed.

देता है कि उसकी अधिसूचना सं ० 434/ त ० ना ०/ 71 , तारीख 18 जनवरी , 1971 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जायेंगे :--
उक्त अधिसूचना से मंलग्न सारणी में: --
मद सं ० 19--पोल्लाची के समक्ष स्तम्भ 3 में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 2 - विशेष उप - कलक्टर (भूमि अर्जन ) पराम्बीकुलम अलियार परियोजना, पोल्लाची " , के स्थान पर " 2 - विशेष उप कलक्टर ( स्थानीयकरण ) , पोल्लाची, " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

उक्त मारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रिटर्निंग श्राफिसर की, उसके कृत्यों के पालन में, महायता करने के लिए एतदद्वारा नियुक्त करता है :--
