NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 2nd November, 1973
G.S.R. 485 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commo- dities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1970, namely :—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Third Amendment Order, 1973-
(2) It shall come into force on the 3rd day of November, 1973.
2. In the Schedule to the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1970, for item "I. Basic ceiling selling prices of Kerosene in bulk per kilo litre ex-storage points" and the entries hereunder, the following shall be substituted, namely ;—
" I. Basic ceiling selling prices of kerosene in bulk perKilo litre ex-storage points.
