New Delhi , the 3rd November 1973
G.S.R. 488 ( E ) -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 4-B of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947 , the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture ( Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 466 ( E ) dated the 24th November , 1972 , namely :
In the said O
( i ) in the Table-
(a) against item 2 , in column ( 3 ) , for the figures " 45 " , " 60 " , " 50 " and " 45" , the figures " 55 " , " 70 " , " 60 " and " 35 " shall respectively be sub- stituted;
(b) against item 3 , in column (3 ) , for the figure " 15 " , the figure " 10" shall be substituted;
( 11 ) the proviso after the Table shall be omitted .

सा० का ० नि० 488 ( अ) - भारत के बनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रक , वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रण आदेश , 1947 के खंड 4 -ख के उपखण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) के आदेशसं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 466 (ङ) तारीख 24 नवम्बर , 1972 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करते हैं, अर्थात्ः--
उक्त आदेश में--
( 1 ) सारणी में--
(क) मद 2 के सामने , स्तम्भ (3) में, " 45 " , " 60" , " 50" , श्रऔर " 45 ", अंको के स्थान पर क्रमशः " 55 " , " 70 " , " 60" और " 55" श्रंक रखे जाऐंगे ;
(ख) मद 3 के सामन , स्तम्भ ( 3 ) , में , " 15 " अंक के स्थान पर " 10" अंक रखा जाएगा ;
( ।। ) सारणी के पश्चात् परन्तुक का लोप कर दिया जाएगा ।

G.S.R. 489 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -clause ( 1 ) of clause 4 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947 , the Vegetable Oil Producta Controller for India hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Vegetable Oil Products ( Standards of Quality ) Order , 1972 , No G.S.R. 87 ( E ) dated the 19th February 1972 , namely:
1. (1) This Order may be called the Vegetable Oil Products (Standards of Quality ) Fourth Amendment Order , 1973 .
(2) It shall come into force at once .
2. In clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products ( Standards of Quality ) Order 1972 , in sub- clause ( 2 ) , in para ( a ) , for the second proviso , the following proviso shall be substituted , namely :-
"Provided further that in the case of vegetable oil product manufactured during the period commencing from the 1st day of November , 1973 and ending with the 30th day of November , 1973 ,it shall be sufficient if the total content of refined vegetable oils in such product is not less than 7.5 per cent , by weight , subject to compliance with the first proviso . "

सा० का ० ति० 489 ( प्र) - भारत के वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रक , वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रण श्रादेश , 1947 के खंड 4 के उपखंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करसे हुए , वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( क्वालिटी के मानक ) आदेश , 1972 , सं ० सा ० का ० नि ० 87 (ङ) तारीख 19 फरवरी, 1972 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1) इस आवेश का नाम वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( क्यालिटी के मानक ) चतुर्थ संशोधन आदेश, 1973 है ।
( 2) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद ( क्वालिटी के मानक ) आदेश, 1972 के खंड 2 के उपखंड ( 2 ) के पैरा ( क) में , द्वितीय परन्तुक्र के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित परन्तुक रखा जाएगा , अर्थात् :-
"परन्तु यह और कि 1 नवम्बर , 1973 से प्रारम्भ होने वाली और 30 नवम्बर 1973 को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि के दौरान विनिर्मित वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद की वशा में , प्रथम परन्तुक के अनुपालन के अधीन रहते हुए , यह पर्याप्त होगा यदि ऐसे उत्पाद में परिष्कृत वनस्पति तेलों की कुल मात्रा वजन में 7.5 प्रतिशत से अन्यून हो । "
