ORDER
New Delhi, the 5th November 1973
S.O. 672(E)/IDRA/18G/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18-G and Section 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and all other "powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Cement Control (Fifth Amendment) Order, 1973.
(2) It shall come into effect at once,
2. In the Schedule to the Cement Control Order, 1967, against item No. 3(1), for the figures "172.20", the figures r'178.20" shall be substituted-
