NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th November 1973
S.O. 680(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Konkan Passenger Ships (Acquisition) Ordinance, 1973 (4 of 1973), the Central Government hereby specifies the Mogul Line Ltd., a Government company having its registered office in the State of Maharashtra, as the person to which a person having in his possession, custody or control any books, documents or other papers relating to the Konkan passenger ships shall be liable to account for the said books, documents or other papers.
