ORDERS
New Delhi, the 12th November 1973
S.O. 691 (E).—Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the employers in relation to the management of J &K Minerals Limited, Jammu, and their workmen in respect of the matters specified in the Schedule hereto annexed;
And whereas the Central Government considers it desirable to refer the said, (dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7A and clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby constitutes an Industrial Tribunal of which Shri H. B. Sodhi, shall be the Presiding Officer, with headquarters at Chandigarh, and refers the said dispute for adjudication to the said Tribunal.

2048 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(11)]S.O. 692(E).—Whereas by an order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. L-22011/13/73-LRII-(i), dated the 12th November, 1973, an industrial dispute between the employers in relation to the management of J & K Mineral* Limited, Jammu, and their workmen employed at Jammu has been referred to th© Industrial Tribunal, Chandigarh for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1S47), the Central Government hereby prohibits th" continuance of the Strike in the said establishment.
