No. R8.7/4/73-L(2).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) ofrule 220 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Council of States (Rajya Sabha), the Chairman, Rajya Sabha, hereby appoints the 15th day of November, 1973, as the date on which the amendment to the Rules published under Notification No. RS.7/4/73-L(l), dated the 19th November, 1973, in the Gazette of India Extraordinary of the 19th November, 1973, shall come Into force.
