New Delhi, the 21st November 1973
S.O. 705(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. 434/ MT/73(l), dated the 23rd August, 1973, namely: —
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, for the existing entry numbered 6 against item 6—Bombay Central, the entry "Additional District Deputy Collector, Bombay Suburban District, Bombay," shall be substituted.
