MINISTRY OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
ORDER
New Delhi , the 21st November 1973
as S.O. 706 ( E ) / 15/ IDRA /73 .-- Whereas the industrial undertaking known Messrs . Eastern Distilleries Private Limited , Calcutta , is engaged , in the scheduled Industry , namely , fermentation industry ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that there has been a substantial fall in the value of production in respect of the articles manufactured in the said industrial undertaking , for which , having regard to the conditions prevailing , there is no justificauon ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Indus- tries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints , for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case, a body of persons consisting of : -

1. Shri A. Bose , Special Officer and Ex - Officio Secretary , Department of Sick and Closed Industries , Government of West Bengal , Calcutta .

का० श्रा० 706 ( अ) / 15 / भाई डी आार ए/ 73.--यतः मैसर्स इस्टर्न डिस्टिलरीज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, कलकत्ता नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम अनुसूचित उद्योग अर्थात् खमीर उद्योग में लगा हुआ है ;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम में विनिर्मित वस्तुओं की बाबत उत्पादन के परिमाण में सारभूत गिरावट आ गई है जिसके लिए विद्यमान दशाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए कोई औचित्य नहीं है ;
अतः , अब , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , मामले की परिस्थितियों का पूर्णरूपेण अन्वेषण करने के प्रयोजन के लिए एक निकाय नियुक्त करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखिप्त व्यक्ति होंगे :--
