ORDER

New Delhi, the 22nd November 1973

G.S.R. 502(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause 4-B of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947, the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 466(E) dated the 24th Novemher, 1972, namely: —

In the said Order, after the Table, the following provisos shall be added at the end, namely; —

"Provided that, in the case of cottonseed oil and groundnut oil, the limits of usage during the period commencing from the month of November of any year and ending with the month of February of the following year shall apply to the average usage of the said oils during the entire four -month period.

Provided further that, on and after the 1st December, 1973, no mustard oil or rapesced oil, other than imoorted rapesced oil or oil obtained from ininorted rapeseed, may be used in the manufacture of vegetable oil product."
