ORDER
New Delhi, the 22nd November 1973
S.O. 707 (E)/IDRA/73---_Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 726(E), dated the 27th November, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1991 (6ft of 1951)) declared that the operation of all or any of the contracts, assurances of property agreements settlements, awards, or other instruments in force immediately before the publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette to which the indus- trial "undertaking known as Messrs Ganesh Folur Mills Company Limited is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking shall remain suspend- ed upto 26th" November, 1973 and all rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended upto 26th November, 1973;
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with Order should be extended for another one year commencing from the 27th Novem- ber, 1973;
