NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd November 1973
G.S.R. 504 (E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 141 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: —
1. Short title and commencement,—(1) These rules may be called the Border Security Force (Assistant Commandants) Recruitment (Repeal) Rules, 1973.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Repeal and Saving.—The Border Security Force (Assistant Commandants) Recruitment Rules, 1969 are hereby repealed:
Provided that such repeal shall not affect any order made or action taken under the said rules, before such repeal.
