New Delhi, the 23rd November 1973
S. O. 716 (E).— In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub-section (1) of Section 13AA of the Representation of the people Act, 1950, the Election Commission in consultation with the Government of Bihar hereby directs that for the words, 'Nawada and Auran- gabad' occurring in theCommission's notification No. 508/73 (BR),dated the 13th February, 1973, the words "Nawada Aurangabad, Katihar and Gopalgang" shall be substituted.
