NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th November , 1973
G.S.R. 506 (E).—In excercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the Government Savings Certificates Act, 1959 (46 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following tales to amend the National Savings Certificates (V Issue) Rules, 1973, namely;—
(I) These rales may be called the National Savings Certificate* (V Issue) (Amendment) Rules 1973.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. In rule 1 of the National Savings Certificates (V Issue) Rules, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in sub-Rule (2), for the figures, letters and word "Ist December, 1973 ", the- figures, letters and word "Ist January, 1974," shall be substituted.
3. In rule 6 of the said rules, for the figures, letters and word "Ist December, 1973" the fig- gures, letters and word, Ist January, 1974, shall be substituted.
