NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 26th December 1973
G.S.R. 339 ( E ) .-Whereas Shri R. K. Shastri , Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture ( Department of Food ) and Shri Prakash Narain , Joint Commissioner ( Fertiliser . Shipping and Distribution ) , Ministry of Agriculture ( Department of Agriculture ) have been nominated by the Central Government to be directors of the Central Warehousing Corporation established under the Warehousing Corporation Act . 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) under clause ( a) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the said Act , read with clauses ( 1 ) and ( ii ) of rule 3 of the Central Warehousing Corporation Rules , 1963. in the places of Shri G. C. N. Chahal and Kumari Anna R. George;
And whereas Shri M. C. Sharma , Chief Officer , Agriculture Banking Depart- ment , State Bank of India . Bombay has been nominated by the State Bank of India, to be a Director of the Central Warehousing Corporation established under the Warehousing Corporations Act , 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) under clause ( c ) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the said Act , in place of Shri A. Bose;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of section 7 of the said Act , the Central Govern- ment hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in the notifica-

tion of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food & Agriculture (Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 465 , dated the 16th March , 1963 , namely : - In the said notification : -
( 1 ) under the heading " Nominated by the Central Government under section 7 ( 1 ) ( a ) " , for items ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) and the entries relating thereto , the following items and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
" ( 1 ) Shri R. K. Shastri , Joint Secretary to the Government of India , Ministry of Agriculture ( Department of Food ) ,
( 2 ) Shri Prakash Narain, Joint Commissioner ( Fertiliser , Shipping and Distribution ) , Ministry of Agriculture ( Department of Agriculture ) " ;
( ii ) under the heading " Nominated by the State Bank of India under clause 7 ( 1 ) ( c ) " , for item ( 6 ) and the entry relating thereto , the following item and entry shall be substituted , namely :-
" ( 6 ) Shri M. C. Sharma , Chief Officer , Agricultural Banking Department , State Bank of India , Bombay " .

सा० फा० नि ० 539 ( प्र) यनः केन्द्रीय सरकारद्वारा , श्री जी० सी० एन ० चहल और कुमारी अन्ना आर ० जार्ज के स्थान पर श्री आर ० के ० शास्त्री , संयुक्त सचिव , भारत सरकार, कृषि मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) और श्री प्रकाण नारायण, संयुक्त आयुक्त ( उर्वरक, नौवहन और वितरण ) , कृषि मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) को , भंडागारण निगम अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 58 ) के अन्तर्गत स्थापित केन्द्रीय भाडागारण निगम के निदेशकों के रूप में केन्द्रीय भांडागारण निगम नियम, 1963 के नियम 3 के खंड ( i ) और ( ii ) के माथ पठित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( i ) के खंड ( क ) के अधीन नाम निर्दिष्ट किया गया है,
और यतः भारतीय स्टेट बैंक द्वारा , श्री ए ० बोस के स्थान परश्री एम ० मी ० शर्मा , मुख्य अधिकारी , कृषि बैंककारी विभाग भारतीय स्टेट बेक मुम्बई को , भांडागारण निगम अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 58) के अन्तर्गत स्थापित केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम के निदेशक के रूप में, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ग ) के अधीन नामनिदिष्ट किया गया है ,
अतः अब केन्द्रीय गरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के अनुसरण में , निदेण देती है कि भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व खाद्य और कृषि मंत्रालय ( खाद्यविभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० मा० का ० नि ० 465 , तारीख 16 मार्च 1963 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये जाएंगे , अर्थात्- उक्त अधिसूचना में :-
(i) "धारा 7 ( i ) ( क ) के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा नार्मादिष्ट " शीर्षक के अन्तर्गत , मद ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) और उसमे संबंन्धित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्न- लिखित मदे और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी ; अर्थात्:-
" ( 1 ) श्री आर ० के ० णास्त्री , संयुक्त सचिव,
भारत सरकार , कृषि मंत्रालय ( खाद्य विभाग ) ।

( 2 ) श्री प्रकाश नारायण , संयुक्त आयुक्त ( उर्वरक, नौवहन श्रौर वितरण ) कृषि मंत्रालय ( बाद्य विभाग ) " ,
(ii ) " धारा 7 ( 1 ) ( ग ) के अधीन भारतीय स्टेट बैंक द्वारा नामनिदिष्ट " शीर्षक के अन्तर्गत मद ( 6 ) और उसमे संबंधित प्रविष्ट के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित मद और प्रत्रिष्ट रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:---
"( 6 ) श्री एम ० मी० णर्मा , मुख्य अधिकारी , कृषि बैंककारी विभाग , भारतीय ग्टेट बैंक मम्बई" ।
[सं ० फा० 26-3/ 65 -एस ० जी० 2] G.S.R. 540 ( E ) , In pursuance of sub - section ( 4 ) of section 7 of the Warehous- ing Corporations Act , 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. K. Shastri who is a director of the Central Warehousing Corporation established under the said Act , as Vice- Chairman of the board of directors of the said Corporation .

सा० का ० ति ० 540 ( श्र ) -फेन्द्रीय सरकार , भांडागारण नियम श्रधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 58) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के श्रनुमरण में , श्री आर ० के ० शास्त्री को, जो उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन गठित केन्द्रीय भांडागारण निगम के निदेशक है , उक्त निगम के निदेशकों के बोर्ड के उपाध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।
