S.O. 714 (E)/15/IDRA/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S. O. 540 (E)/15/IDRA/73, dated the 4th October, 1973 (as amended by Order No. S. O. 556 (E)/15/IDRA/73, dated the 20th October 1973) namely:—
In the fourth paragraph of the said Order, for the words "five weeks" the words "eight weeks" shall be substituted.
