New Delhi, the 26th November 1973

S.O.715(E)/15/IDR/A/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Indus-

tries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby

makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of In-

dustrial Development No. S. O.53O(E) /15/IDRA/73 dated the 1st October, 1973 ( as amended

by Order No. S. O. 555(E)/15/IDRA/73 dated the 20th October, 1973), namely :—

In thefourthparagraphofthesaidorder,for the word ''five weeks",the words"eightweeks "

shall be substituted .
