ORDER
New Delhi, the 29th November- 1973
G.S.R. 511 (E)/Ess. Cum/Sugar-.—In exercise of powers conferred by clause 5 of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Sugar (Packing and Marking) Order, 1970, namely : —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Packing and Marking) Amendment Order, 1973-
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the Sugar (Packing and Marking) Order, 1970-—
(a) in sub-clause (2) of clause 4, after item (iii), the following item shall be inserted, namely :—•
"(iv) Process of manufacture—Sulphitation or Carbonation";
