ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th November 1973
G.S.R. 512 (E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential commo- dities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Givernment hereby makes the following order further to amend the Orissa Rice "movementControl) Order, 1954, namely :—
1. (l) This order may be called the Orisaa Rice (Movement Control Act 1973-
2. (2) It shall come into force at once,
2. In the Orissa Rice (Movement Control) Order, 1964, in the proviso to clause 4, in item (iii), for the words '' one quintal the words "twenty kilograms" shall be- substituted.
