COFFEE CONTROL

G.S.R. 513 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Coffee Act, 1942 (7 of 1942), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade, No. G.S.R. 491, dated the 4th April, 1972, the Central Government hereby fixed, with effect from the 1st day of December, 1973, nine rupees and fifty paise per quintal as the rate of duty of customs on coffee under the said section 11.
