S O. 722(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause(2) of clause 9 of the Motor Cars (Distribution and Sale") Control Order,1959, and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development, Internal Trade and Company Affairs, S. O. 4375, the Central Government hereby specifies the Director, Public Vehicles Department, Government of West Bengal, Calcutta, as an authority before whom the books, accounts and records of every manufacturer and every dealer under the said Order in the State of West Bengal shall be produced
