New Delhi , the 1st December 1973
S.O. 723-(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Tractors (Price Control) Order , 1967 , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development S.O. No. 135 (E) dated the 11th February , 1972 (as sub- sequently amended ) , the Central Government hereby fixes , with immediate effect , the price as specified in column ( 5' of the Schedule anneedule annexed hereto to be thethe sale pric for the agricultural tracto described the corresponding entries in columns (2) and ( 3 ) of the said Schedule and manufactured in or assembled by the manufacturers specified in column (4) thereof.

फा० प्रा० 723 ( प्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार, ट्रैक्टर (कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1967 के खण्ड 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना का ० आ ० सं ० 135 ( ई) तारीख 11 फरवरी , 1972 को ( जो बाद में संशोधित की गई है ) अधिक्रान्त करते हुए , इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 5 ) में मथा विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उवत अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) और ( 3 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में वर्णित और उसके स्तम्भ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट विनिर्माताओं द्वारा विनिर्मित या जोड़े गए कृषि ट्रेक्टरों के लिए संदेय विक्रय कीमत के रूप में तुरन्त नियत करती है ।
