S. O. 724 (E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) [of article 77 of the Con- stitution., the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely:—
1.(I) These rules may be called the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Seventh Amendment RULES, 1973.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In rule 2 of the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules 1958, for clause (15), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:—
"(15") in the case of orders and other instruments relating to the Administrative Vigilance Unit in the Ministry of Works and Housing, by an Assistant Vigilance Officer in that Unit and in the case of orders and other instruments relating to the Works Division and the Printing, Stationery and Publication Division of that Ministry, by a Section Officer in those Divisions; or .
