S- O. 727(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of th< Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby direct! that the following further amendment shall be made in the notification No. 434/M/73(i) dated the 23rd August 1973, namely :—
In column. 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, for the existing entry num- bered 1 against item 20-Ramtek, the entry "Sub-Divisional Officer, Achalpur Division, Achalpur", shall be substituted.
