No, 2l0-ITC(PN)/73-Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 195-ITC(PN)/73, dated the 17th November, 1973 on the above subject.

2. It is clarified that, for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the aforesaid Public Notice, the ruling MMTC'S price as referred to therein will be the international price determined and announced by the MMTC from time to time.
