S.O. 750 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises ( Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants ) Act , 1971 ( 40 of 1971 ) and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of Indiain the Ministry of Works and Housing ( Directorate of Estates ) No. S.O. 1051 , dated the 7th April , 1972 the Central Government hereby appoints the Regional Director , Bombay Region , Civil Aviation Department , being a gazetted officer of the Government of India , to be an estate officer for the purposes of the said Act , who shall exercise the powers conferred , and perform the duties imposed , on an estate officer by or under the said Act in respect of the following public premises belonging to the International Airports Authority of India , namely:-
The Public premises forming parts of the terminal building at Bombay Air- port ( Santa Cruz ) in which Shri Pratap Singh, in the name of Paul Brothers , is running a restaurant , snack bars and retiring rooms .

का ० ग्रा० 750 ( श्र ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , सरकारी स्थान ( श्रप्राधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा भारत सरकार के निर्माण तथा श्रावास मंत्रालय (सम्पदा निदेशालय ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० आ ० 1051 , दिनांक 7 अप्रैल , 1972 में भागतः परिवर्तन करते हुए , नागर विमानन विभाग के मुम्बई क्षेत्र के क्षेत्रीय निदेश को, भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकरी होने के नाते, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए सम्पदा अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है जो कि भारत के अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकारी के निम्नलिखित सरकारी स्थानों के सम्बन्ध में उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा अथवा उसके अधीन किसी सम्पदा अधिकारी को प्रदत्स शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा तथा उस पर अधिरोपित होने वाले कर्तव्यों का पालन करेगा, अर्थात्: --
वे सरकारी स्थान जो कि मुम्बई विमानपत्तन ( सान्ताक्रुज ) के मार्गान्त भवन के भाग हैं जिसमें श्री प्रताप सिंह , पाल ब्रदर्स के नाम से एक रेस्तरां , स्नैक बार तथा विश्राम कक्ष चला रहा है ।

S.O. 751 ( E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 6 of the Public Premises ( Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants ) Rules , 1971 read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation No. S.O. dated 7th December , 1973 the Central Government hereby directs that the proceedings pending before the Director , Bombay Airport, ( Santa Cruz ) , International Airports Authority of India , (exercising the powers of an Estate Officer in relation to the premises referred to in the said notification ) against Shri Pratap Singh who , in the name of Paul Brothers , is running a restaurant , snack bars and retiring rooms in the said premises , shall be transferred to the Regional Director , Bombay Region , Civil Aviation Department .

में, पाल ब्रदर्स के नाम से , एक रेस्टोरेंट, स्नैक बार और विश्राम कक्ष चला रहा है, के विरुद्ध निदेशक , मुम्बई विमानपत्तन ( सान्ताक्रुज ) भारत का अन्तरर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकारी, ( जोकि उक्त अधिजूचना में निर्देशित स्थान के सम्बन्ध में सम्पदा अधिकारी की शक्तियों का प्रयोग कर रहे हैं ) के समन लम्बित कार्यवाहियों को क्षेत्रीय निदेशक , मुम्बई क्षेत्र, नागर विमानन विभाग को अन्तरित कर दिया जाएगा ।
