NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 1th December 1973
S.O. 753(E).—WHEREAS by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Chemicals (Department of Petroleum) S.O. No. 438 (E) dated 16-8-73 under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the lands specified in the schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipelines ;
AND WHEREAS the competent Authority has under sub section (I) of section 6 of the said Act, submitted report to the Government ;
AND FURTHER WHEREAS the Central Government has after considering the said report decided to acquire the right of user in die lands specified in the schedule appended to this noti- fication ;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the said lands specified in the schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipe- lines ;
AND FURTHER in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (4) of that Sector, the Central Government directs that the right of user in the said lands shall instead of vesting in the Central Government vest in this date of the publication of this declaration in the Oil & Natural Gas Commission free from all encumbiariccs.

O. ";58 (E).—WHEREAS by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Chemicals (Department of Petroleum) S.O. No. 443(E) dated 16-8-73 under aub-seuion (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the lands specified in the schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipelines;
AND WHEREAS the competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act,, submitted report to the Government;
AND FURTHER WHEREAS the Central Government has after considering the said report, decided to acquire the right of user in the lands specified in the schedule appended to this noti- fication;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of th- power conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the said lands spe- cified in the schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipelines;
AND FURTHER in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (4) of that Section, the Central Government directs that the right of user in the said lands shall instead of vesting in the Central Government vest in this date of the publication of this declaration in the Oil & Natural Gas Commission free from all encumbrances.

No. 476(6) dated 10-9-73 under suB-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum Pipelines (Acqusition of Right of User in land) Act 1963 (;o of 1962), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the lands specified in the schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipelines;
AND WHEREAS the competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said
Act, submitted report to the Government;
AND FURTHER WHEREAS the Cental Government has after considi ring the said report decided to acquire the right of user in the l'mds specified in the schedule appended to this noti- fication;
