New Delhi , the 7th December 1973
S.O. 762 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 5 ) of section 5 of the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Act , 1971 (50 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue & Insurance ) No. S.O. 5483 , dated the 10th December , 1971 , namely :-
(1) This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks (Goods ) Insurance (Fourth Amendment ) Scheme , 1973 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of January , 1974 .
2. In the Emergency Risks (Goods ) Insurance Scheme for sub -paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 10, the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted , namely:-
" ( 1) The premium payable under any policy of insurance in respect of the quarter ending on the 31st day of March , 1974 , shall ,- (a) in respect of a policy of insurance in force on the 31st December , 1973 , be nil;

( b ) in the case of all new policies including supplementary policies to the existing ones , be at the rate of six paise for every hundred rupees or any part thereof of the sum insured ."

का ० प्रा ० 762 ( श्र) . आपान जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 50 ) की धारा 5 को उअश्राग ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय नरकार, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्त्र और बीमा विभाग ) की तारीख 10 दिसम्बर, 1971 की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० आ ० 5483 के माथ प्रकाशित आपान जोखिम ( मान ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्: --
( 1 ) इस स्कीम का नाम आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा ( चतुर्थ संशोधन ) स्कीम, 1973 होगा ।
( 2 ) यह जनवरी 1974 के प्रथम दिन को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. आपात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में, पैरा 10 के उप-पैरा ( 1 ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप -पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" ( 1 ) बीमा की किसी पालिसी के अधीन , मार्च 1974 के इकतीसवें दिन को समाप्त होने वाली तिमाही की बाबत संदेय प्रीमियमः-
(क ) 31 दिसम्बर, 1973 को प्रवृत बीमा की पालिसी की बाबत शून्य होगा ;
( ख ) सभी नई पालिसियों की दशा में, जिनके अन्तर्गत विर्यमान पालिसियों की अनुपूरक पालिसियों भी आती हैं, बीमाकृत राशि के प्रत्येक सौ रुपये या उसके किसी भाग के लिए छह पैसे की दर पर होगा । "

( 1) This Scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance ( Fourth Amendment ) Scheme , 1973 .
( 2 ) It shall come into force on the 1st day of January , 1974 .

का ० प्रा ० 763 ( प्र) . प्रायान जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 51 ) की धारा 3 की अधारा ( 6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व ओर बोमा विभाग ) की तारीख , 10 दिसम्बर 1971 की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० श्रा ० 5486 के साथ प्रकाशित आयान जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के निए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है, अर्थात्
کی ( 1 ) इन कोन का नाम प्रगान जोखिन ( अक्रन ) वीमा (चतुर्थ संशोधन ) स्कीम, 1973 होगा ।
( 2 ) यह जनवरी 1974 के प्रथम दिन को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. जान जोखिम ( उरक्रत्र ) बोमा स्कीम में, पैरा 8 के उप- पैरा ( 1 ) के स्थान पर, निम्न- लिखित उन-पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: --
" ( 1 ) बोमा की किसी पालिसी के अधीन मार्च 1974 के इकतीसवें दिन को समाप्त होने वाली तिमाही की बाबत संदेय प्रीमियम--
(क) 31 दिसम्बर , 1973 को प्रवृत्त बीमा की पालिसी की बाबत , शून्य होगा ।
( ख ) सभी नई पालिसियों की दशा में, जिनके अन्तर्गत विद्यमान पालिसियों की अनु- पूरक पालिसियां भी नाती हैं, बीमाकृत राशि के प्रत्येक सौ रुपए या उसके किसी भाग के लिए दस पैसे की दर पर होगा । "।
