NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th December 1973
S.O. 765 (E).—The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, the application for recognition made under section 6 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952, by the Surendranagar Cotton Oil and Oilseeds Association Ltd., Surendranagar, and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Association for a period of three years ending the 10th December, 1978 in respect of forward contracts in cotton.
