RESOLUTION New Delhi, the 12th December 1973

No PL-4(28)/72.—It has been decided to include the Director, Research Insti- tute, Public Works Department, Uttar Pradesh, as a Member of the Central Assess- ment Committee reconstituted vide this Ministry's Resolution No. PL-A(28)/72 dated the 23rd March, 1973. Accordingly, for the existing entry (2) below (vl) and (vii) in that resolution, the following shall be substituted:

Director, Research Institute, Public Works Department, Uttar Pradesh (Dr. A. K. Chatterjee).

2. His nomination on the Committee will be on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the aforesaid Resolution.

ORDEROrdered that the above Resolution be communicated to all the State Govern- ments/Administrations, the Planning Commission, Ministry of Finance ( T &P Division), Ministry of Education (Department of Science), Director General, Coun- cil of Scientific and Industrial Research, Director, Central Road Research Institute, President, I.R.C., Shri K. K. Nambier, Cement Service Bureau, Madras-IB, Tamil Nadu, Secretary I.R.C. and Dr. A. K. Chatterjee, Director, Research Institute, Public Works Department, U.P., Lucknow.
