SUBJECT.—Import Policy for April 1973—March 1974.
No. 218-ETC(PN)/73.—Attention is invited to the import policy as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book—Vol. I) for the period April 1978- March 1974.
2. The existing remark in Col. (3) against SI. No. 10 of Schedule 'B' of Appendix 41 of the Red Book (Vol. I) (Page 267) may be deemed to have been substituted by the following:—
"Import of 40 per cent of requirement allowed in the form of billets or
