New Delhi, the 15th December 1073
G.S.R. 527(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Ashdown
Company Limited (Acquisition of Undertakings) Act, 1973 (56 of 1973),
the Central Government hereby specifies Industries Commissioner, Government of
Gujarat, and Messers Mazagaon Dock Limited, Bombay, a Government company,
as body of persons who shall carry on, on behall of the Central Government, the
management of the Bhavnagar Unit and Bombay Unit respectively, of the Under-
takings of the company, which hove vested in the Central Government under
section 3 of the said Act.
