ORDER
New Delhi, the 17th December 1973
G.S.R. 529 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the Burn Company and Indian Standard Wagon Company (Taking
over of Management) Act, 1973 (57 of 1973), the Central Government hereby
appoints, with immediate effect, Shri Sujit Banerji, Deputy Secretary to the
Government of India in the Ministry of Heavy Industry, as the Custodian in
relation to the undertakings of the two companies, the management of which
has ve s t ed in the Central Government under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
said Act.
