New Delhi, the 14th- December 1973

G.S.R. 530(E).—In pursuance of Section 15 of the Passports Act, 1967 (15 of 1967), the Central Government hereby authorises the Chief Secretary to the Gov- ernment of Mizoram to sanction prosecutions in respect of any offence under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section. 12 of the said Act within the Union Territory of Mizoram.
