New Delhi, the 19th December 1973

S.O. 785(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (1) of section 18-A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Order of the late Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 1027, dated the 6th March, 1971 (as subsequently amended), namely:—

In the said Order, for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely;—
