ORDER
New Delhi, the 20th December 1973
S.O. 788(E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 143, dated the 9th January, 1967, read with the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Foreign Trade No. S.O. 3251, dated the 30th August, 1971, the management of the whole of the indus- trial undertaking known as the Mahalakshml Mills Company Limited, Beawar (Rajasthan State), had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order first mentioned above for a period upto and inclusive of the 8th January, 1974:
And -whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period of one year;
